This year’s National Night Out celebration will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2007 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Fruitland Little League complex.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of this national crime and drug prevention awareness campaign which is designed to encourage: (1) participation in anti-crime efforts, (2) strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community relations, and (3) heighten awareness of the effects of crime and drugs in the community.
